US seizes oil tanker near Venezuela

The US military and Coast Guard seized a large oil tanker off Venezuela's coast, which it said was carrying sanctioned oil. The United States has recently increased its military presence in the Caribbean, targeting alleged drug-trafficking boats. It has so far destroyed over 20 vessels and killed 87 people.
