tested / works
- with invalid dates at lotw/eqsl
- with valid dates at lotw/eqsl
untested so far:
- invalid qso-dates
anything more to test?

Think that should be it. Invalid QSO date rejects the QSO. |

This does the job as intended.
QSOs with invalid date are not imported.
QSOs with invalied LoTW/eQSL dates are imported while the QSL dates itself are left blank.
