I added `lv.edn` (Latvian translation) after `en.edn` keys. All placeholders (`{{}}`, `{count}`, `%s/%d`) are preserved, non-strings are not translated, UTF-8. Checked for missing keys and to ensure that placeholders match EN. Ready for merging.
