最近，参照 APlayer 和 Vue-APlayer 重构了一个基于 Vue3.x 的 Vue-APlayer，于是乎替换掉了项目中的 Vue3-APlayer，进行了适配，并且在全局设置中添加了播放器相关的设置。对于 #158 中的问题得到了解决，歌词获取也相对方便了许多，详细的 API 可以到 Vue-APlayer 中文文档 里面查看，如果发现了什么问题，可以进行反馈，我会在第一时间修复。
这次提交的内容有点多，我自己测试的可能不是特别到位，不过没有什么特别明显的问题，可以拉到本地看看再测试下。
