Adds tests for ImageWidget in notebooks and fixes up a few things in ImageWidget so that frame_apply and window_funcs take effect without having to move the slider.

ImageWidget tests:

  • single image
  • movies display
    • changing time slider
    • window functions
    • frame_apply functions
    • set_data
  • movies gridplot
    • changing time slider
    • window functions
    • frame_apply functions
    • set_data
