#301 Added swiftformat - but the preexisting
.swiftformatfile specified--swiftversion 5.7while the package's tool version is only 5.5.This causes compilation errors when running on Swift 5.5/5.6.
This PR reverts that formatting and reformats using
--swiftversion 5.5.
