Changes
A new addon called "Show full text on hover." Adds a title attribute to items that could overflow.

Supports dynamic enable and disable.
Please suggest any addons that I could merge this with, since this addon is probably very small.
Reason for changes
Sometimes, in order to see the full title of something, you would have to open it in a new tab and find it there. Now, you don't have to.
