Does the content match across every RHEL version, for example, in RHEL9 the content of the audit samples match this one? If the contents of the file actually matters in the end. |

Basically the question if we should use jinja macros to guard this new change and be applicable to only certain versions of RHEL |
This commit changes the contents of the audit rules file to be the same as the latest file provided by audit: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/linux-audit/audit-userspace/refs/heads/master/rules/30-ospp-v42.rules
