Add includeTransactions in ARBGetSubscription API

Removed old unit tests. As all APIs are covered by sample codes, old unit tests are redundant.

Commit 272c21d introduced an incorrect regex for escaping pipe
characters, which broke AuthorizeNetAIM::addLineItem() in release
1.9.5.
