'I can feel the difference' - Americans react to soaring gas prices
Americans are feeling the impact of the Iran war at the gas pump, with prices soaring beyond $4 (£2.94) per gallon (3.78 litres) in some areas.
The surge is being driven largely by supply disruptions and instability in the Middle East.
When asked about the prices over the weekend, US President Donald Trump said that oil and gas prices "could be the same or maybe a little bit higher" before the midterm elections later this year.
BBC spoke to drivers in Silver Spring, Maryland, about soaring prices at the pump.
