"This file is about changes in emacs-w3m version 1.5." Also, 12 years old. * NEWS, NEWS.ja: Changed to a stub for potential future use, or for deletion. Improved copyright notice. * html/namazu.html, etc: new directory, containing html for the project page at http://emacs-w3m.namazu.org/ * Update READE.md
