“Samara was on my team of social media account interns from May to June, 2012. I knew from day one that she was incredibly bright -- she absorbed the general training materials and specific account information about Logitech like a sponge, and asked excellent questions to further show her understanding. She quickly acquired a leadership role on the team, and the other seven interns frequently turned to her with any questions they had. She was a creative thinker, and enjoyed sharing her ideas with the rest of the full-time staff, including the design team, who was eager to bring her ideas to life. She assisted with strategic development, and fleshed out ideas for content calendars, seasonal campaigns and special promotions. She was a natural people-person, and as a result excelled at community management; she was my go-to person for monitoring and responding to frustrated customers across our four main social channels. Samara was a creative thinker, strong leader and excellent team player, and any employer would be fortunate to have her on his or her team.”
