Status Overview

Update (2025-12-07): At one datacenter of our server locations we experience network problems after they did some maintenance work on Sunday Dec. 7th. Services located in the DC include email, email lists, Nextcloud, git, XMPP. The DC support is looking into the problem

Update (2025-12-09): Functionality for IMAP and Nextcloud services have been patched. Mailingslist delivery queue has reduced to normal values, delivery of emails should be as usual.

Update (2025-12-10): Functionality for XMPP has been patched.

Update (2025-12-22): The network problem has been resolved.

Update (2025-09-01): The blog aggregator is currently not available. Reasons are being investigated.

Update (2025-11-05): Reason is, that the used plog aggregator (venus) has been deprecated.

Update (2026-01-07): Update from Chaos Congress, delayed due re-entry into normal time. System Hackers working on a replacement for the blog aggregator so that planet.fsfe.org hopefully sees new content soon.

Update (2025-06-07): The mailing lists are fully operational again, including the web interface.

Update (2025-05-30): After a DDoS to the service we temporarily forbit some event listings.

Update (2026-01-06): The content of the wiki has been moved to docs.fsfe.org

Update (2025-04-01): The initial import from LDAP of the user permissions does not work correctly. Please contact the techsupport(at)fsfe.org helpdesk after your initial login to docs.fsfe.org which will result in an error about missing permissions. We will add your account then into the correct usergroup of the wiki system.

Update (2025-03-14): We are having issues with AI scrapers overloading the git server.

Update (2025-08-21): We have deployed anubis in front of the git service. Depending on the development of AI DDoS you may be redirected to the login page to access certain functionality or pages/files.
