SUGGESTION: Add startWithIgnoreCase and endWithIgnoreCase to the chai-string plugin #1670
Description
The chai-string plugin has the equalIgnoreCase and containIgnoreCase methods, but no startWithIgnoreCase or endWithIgnoreCase which could be also handy.
