Description/steps to reproduce:
While adding new members to club, one can have an option to notify user about new role. This seems to be broken.

Error:
SMTP email properly configured (message says: "Sending test email was successful. E-mail settings seems to be correct. "):

Still got an error (error says: "email was not configured"):

No errors in console.
