Well done. I haven't tested it yet, but anything that helps the Wavelog ecosystem grow is welcome. By the way: DXClusterAPI also works in Docker. vy 73 Jörg de DJ7NT |

Hi Jörg, Thanks a lot! I’m really happy if it can help the Wavelog ecosystem. I’ve tried to keep it mostly compatible. I’m happy to tweak things or provide more info if it makes linking on the wiki or integrating with other tools easier. 73, |

Hi Bruno, that looks really good, it would definitely be a great additional feature for Wavelog. 73 THX de Dirk DL4DP |

@CS8ABG Excellent! How difficult is it to add an authorization feature to a DX Cluster (telnet)? This is needed for sending spots on some nodes, as connecting to such nodes without authorization only allows for receiving spots. |

Hello everyone,
I wanted to share a small contribution I’ve made, available here: https://github.com/CS8ABG/DXCluster_Cache
I am aware that one of the main developers, int2001 – Joerg (DJ7NT), created the DXClusterAPI but my tiny project has a few differences and additions:
It is Python-based.
It can be installed as a service or via Docker.
It includes a small portal that allows full configuration of the service (cluster nodes, WaveLog API, etc.).
And, perhaps most importantly, it allows sending spots via the /sendspot API.
Since I know work is ongoing on DXCluster and DXCluster Waterfall, perhaps this could also open possibilities for sending spots in the future.
I hope this contribution can be useful to the community.
73,
Bruno, CS8ABG
