tracking list for various small easy wins to ui2.

Expected behavior

• Enter (<cr>) should behave like g< immediately after the Cmd message box is displayed. This makes it easy to hit Enter immediately to enter the pager.
• Entering the pager (g<) should expand the pager to the full height necessary to show all messages.
• Blank (all whitespace) messages should never be shown, in any way. Just discard them. Maybe they should be shown in the pager, but never ever bother the user about them otherwise.
