Take the above HTML document and load it with litehtmlbrowser. The cursor get changed when no URL is hovered and NOT changed when the actual URL is hovered. The exact same document does not have this problem in Firefox, Chrome, Edge.

The issue persists with old commit 60d912a and with latest master/91b12df37f5e0d7b2ae6e187e6559ff96b163b77 too.
