Steps to reproduce

Install jest@29.6.0 in your project (make sure you freeze the version by removing a caret ^).

Expected behavior

jest-config, jest-circus, @jest/core and any other sub-package should have 29.6.0 version.

Actual behavior

jest-config, jest-circus, @jest/core and all the other Jest's sub-packages have the latest version 29.6.1.

Additional context

The bug can be reproduced with earlier versions as well (28.0.0 → 28.1.3) and so on.

Please fix!

This is really bad, as it makes it impossible to freeze and stay on a specific jest version.

Environment

Can be reproduced in npm@6 (Node 14.x), npm@8 (Node 18.x), yarn@1, yarn@3, etc. Probably, not environment-specific.
