Analysis

After performing the action in the title, the web UI does not refresh to the status page as expected. However, "restart homebridge" option does work correctly.

Expected Behavior

Expect the screen to refresh to the Status page of homebridge

Steps To Reproduce

From the web UI

1. Go to power options
2. Click Restart HB Service & UI
3. Address changes to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8581/restart with spinning circle for HB Service & UI Ready. Homebridge Ready is a solid circle and gray.
4. Warning will come up starting homebridge is taking a long time to restart.
5. In the address bar, edit the url to be only the IP:8581.
6. The UI will load, showing the process successfully restarted.
