How to get the HACD and VHACD ? #402

when try to use it . get the error
VHACD unavailable in included build of Ammo.js. Visit https://github.com/mozillareality/ammo.js for the latest version.

and i downloaded many version ammo.js and build a ammo.js by myself from kripken cmake version, still cannot work.
how to let it work ?
and btw, the Hull aways have wrong position. maybe something wrong ?
