Here is the feature of 3.1.0:

Memory improvement for muxer + sink: mainly with TS + SRT.
New RTMP provider: integration of krtmp
Camera settings: settings should be suspendable methods.

Postpone:

Add more audio sources: generated signal
Add more video source: uvc camera, playback videos, generated (for test)
Audio effects: volume
Audio vumeter API
Video effect
OutputView

A part have been pushed to 3.0.2

New RTMP provider

It is a work in progress. I recently fixed an excessive memory allocation in ktor with a workaround. It still want to improve the memory impact.
