Document-PSModule - Group successful and failed doc generation

Principle:

• Do not interact with the user if there is nothing to change (if all is good).
• Let the user to choose if they want to be told what was done regardless of it not failing (interaction when nothing is needed).

• Change default os we dont generate step summary when there are no failured (ShowSummaryOnSuccess, default value is false).
• Group success and failed sections separate, with failed first, if there are any, using
