Describe the bug
When downloading from a private telegram group, a large chunk of photos and videos are downloaded as 0mb files. I haven't tried this with a non-private group with Export Chat History enabled.

To Reproduce
I simply run the software via "media_downloader.py" in CMD. The config file just has my API hash, API ID, and chat ID.

Logs
ERROR Telegram says: [420 FLOOD_WAIT_X] - A wait of 3004 seconds is required (caused by "auth.ExportAuthorization")

Additional context
This is the same error from issues #383, #474, and #495. I didn't see a solution in either of those posts.
