**130 day update- this is still my favorite meditation timer and tracker app. I use it every days and it’s wonderful in every regard. I’m just in the trail mode and completed one meditation with the app, and it’s perfect. Syncs to apple health and pulled previous meditations as well from Apple health. Simple, elegant and fully functional. I like the Lock Screen widget to remind me of my daily meditation, and also like that a single click from the Lock Screen widget takes me directly to the start meditation page.*after now using this app for 14 consecutive meditation days, it’s definitely awesome. I didn’t think much of the mandalas, but after doing 20 minutes a day for a long time, I noticed the one you can get for doing 30 minutes a day for 21 days. This encouraged me to increase my daily meditation to 30 minutes a day and I’m very glad I did. A fantastic app all around.

I have been looking for years for an Apple Watch independent meditation timer with background sound and wasn’t able to find one until this app. That it also syncs with Health, AND is able to incorporate mindfulness minutes from other apps, is above and beyond close to perfection.I originally learned to meditate using 1 Giant Mind, but as my practice has grown more integral to my daily habits I’ve wanted to get away from my phone. It’s wonderful to start my day with meditation, but awful to wake up and immediately grab my phone to do so; it undercuts much of the benefit of starting inside myself. This Watch app enables an entirely next level of practice from the beginning to the end of my day.

It’s wonderful to start my day with meditation, but awful to wake up and immediately grab my phone to do so; it undercuts much of the benefit of starting inside myself. Near Perfect except missing “do not disturb”

This app has all of the features I’m looking for, but it would be perfect if the app would automatically enable do-not-disturb when entering a meditation just like Apple Workout does.Often I forget to enable do-not-disturb manually after the meditation has started. When I try to enable it, I would inevitably exit this app this terminating the meditation session! Worse yet, even when I do remember to enable do-not-disturb before the session, I would forget to disable it afterward. It would just make sense for this app to automatically manage this for me instead.
