I love playing this puzzle game. My only complaint is that there are a few ads that pop up that are over 2 1/2 minutes. That you have to watch. I’m playing a game. I don’t want to watch a 2 1/2 minute video don’t mind the short ones. But that’s a little excessive..
Keeps pushing me back to Bronze League when I am #1 in Masters League! It’s happened twice now!

I LOVE the game, but as another reviewer stated I’ve gotten to the number one status in the Masters League and the game just stops saying, max level out & you can’t play anymore. A few day’s later I did an update and could play again, after losing my rank of course, then I climbed my way back from Bronze to Masters League at #1 again just to be bumped back to the beginning for a 2nd time now for no reason. I had a score of 129 in the Master’s League, way above the users that are ranked in at 2nd & 3rd place with a score of 82. Now I’m back at the beginning in Bronze League again. Why is this happening? I think the rank and high score should continue on. Why push a player back to the beginning League again for no reason? Please reply with an answer as this is super annoying and confusing. As far as I can tell there is no support function. I run into many bugs and I finally found the developers email and have sent them many screenshots. I have played over 1000 boards and generally enjoy it. Except as the game progresses there are more and more boards that cannot be solved without bombs or hammers to clear tiles. Or where two hexagons occupy one space and will not clear. This should be impossible. The issue is that the player has to either purchase bombs or hammers to remove tiles or watch many many minutes of advertisements to get the tools. Some boards have taken several tools to finally clear the board which meant in excess of 5 minutes of watching ads. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. I get it. But I do not think these problems are intentional. I certainly hope not. But they do need better quality control.

Bugs, Too Easy, NO Support

I’m giving this game 1 star because of how limited it is. First of all, it is too easy. Even the so-called Super Hard games are very easy. The towers that pop up and down pop up before the flex tile folds itself off the board. In fact, the tile flows through the tower as it runs off the board. This needs to be adjusted, but the only way that I can contact Support is by writing this review and hoping that they check it. The link to support here on Apple’s Applications App goes to an Internet address where you can download the game, but I could not find a link to write them an email or chat with them. Also, when you “win” the ability to change your tile color scheme, there is no way to change it back if you don’t like it. I pay for Ad Removals when I like a game, its layout, and can contact support when needed. But I won’t be paying any money for this one. There are much better ones out there.
