First of all, I would like to say the Habit Tracker app is an app I would certainly recommend. Before I downloaded this app, I felt extremely pessimistic about what I can do to achieve a strong social life. My relationships with my relatives and my close friends were falling apart, and my mental health was placed on the back burner. But with this app, everything about this is starting to change, I feeling more confident than I had in 10 years to achieving a better future for myself, and the betterment of my well being. I’ve been through countless therapies, and doctors appointments often going out of town to meet those objectives. Because of this, it was an extreme drain on my mental health, not only on myself, but my parents as well, I can’t imagine how much money it costs to doing these kind of things. I say that no parent wants to go through that at all. At 14 years old, I was sent to Copper Hills in Utah for two years, this treatment program in large part did in fact help me get back on the right track, but I started to relapse into another mental breakdown this last October, and I was admitted to the hospital as a result.I felt like that there was no hope in going back when I went through this, and I often contemplated in suicide as a result. Today, I can now see myself as a strong and capable person who can climb back up to where I left off before, and I now feel more optimistic about my bright future than I had in a long time, and with that I can now start to seeing real results, and I have my therapist, including this app to thank for the additional support.

I came upon this app after wanting something to help me track habits on my phone. I’m a big fan of Atomic Habits (a book that I highly recommend) that is life changing and this app is the perfect tool for something like that. It is so customizable in colors, emojis, themes and that makes it more fun and visually appealing to use. It also has suggested habits to help if you get stuck. I used to write my habits in a planner or paper but found it was hard to keep up because I don’t carry a planner around with me everywhere I go as much as my phone. This app is so much more convenient and because it has everything I need and I come back and use it daily. That makes it for it to be an effective habit tracker and builder. Props to the development team for being so thoughtful on this app. Thank you!! The basic feature allows 5-6 free habits and the premium features allow more. I’ve been using the free plan for a week and I’m in love with it and am considering upgrading. They are also one of the rare few to let you buy lifetime membership for one price which makes me think of the old days when apps first came out. I prefer that so much more than subscription model I would later cancel when I’m on a budget. Highly recommend this app to build better habits and change your life!

It’s an all around good app! It has helped me pray the rosary everyday. I currently have a 313 day streak so I’ve been using the app for about a year now. It has basically become apart of my daily life. I’m up to over 10 habits right now lol. With my ADHD I find it hard to remember what to do. But when I have to look at it every and see what I have and haven’t done it’s really good. It works especially great with another app great for ADHD, Structured. It is a time management app which is great. As much as I love this app and literally it keeps my life kind of together-ish I can’t seem to add any widgets to my Lock Screen. I would TOTALLY give this a five. But I can’t add the widget so it’s a four. And, when I asked them about it some how they didn’t understand what I wad saying. When I go to my Lock Screen so Edit the widget it brings me to the app and literally nothing happens. I tapped Edit widget and it brings me to the app, then I tapped a habit thinking that even though there was NO indication that I was in edit mode it would still add some how. NOPE didn’t work. If just brings me to the habit where I can edit it or look at my streak. It doesn’t add the widget to my Lock Screen. It works perfectly fine for my Home Screen so I don’t know why it doesn’t work for my Lock Screen. I love this app so it was sad. And I’m frustrated. Hopefully they make it so there’s a different interface when in editing mode. 💕

The design of this takes a little bit to learn but after that learning period, there’s so much usability for the day to day person. Even underneath the free umbrella, there’s a lot that can be useful. I love the simplicity of this app and it’s quiet aesthetically pleasing for me personally. You can set reminders and memos about habits each day. I’ve been using it for a few days. I’ve tried other apps like Habitica which was another great app. However, I wanted something that was less reward based and more for the sake of tracking/researching my own habits. This app stuck out among the plethora of apps on the store. I am grateful so far to have gotten it. I will probably purchase the lifetime access so I can see the weekly, monthly, and yearly diagrams from my habits. But it’s not necessary if you are just looking for something to help you keep track of your everyday habits (whether they are good or bad ones). I would recommend at least giving it a try for a period of time and seeing if you like it like I do :)Edit: I have a suggestion for the app! They should add an option for “bad habits” that you want to stop doing. I realized I needed yo reword my bad habits in a way that I can cross them off my list. But maybe if they implemented a way for them to be in the system so it doesn’t take away from your completion rate for the day… for example, if I’m trying to quit drinking coffee, I would put “not drink coffee” as my habit. Instead of “coffee” which means the habit wouldn’t be completed and looks like you didn’t finish everything on your list (even tho that’s a good thing.) other than that, the app is great 😃
