How on earth can Ruben Diaz of Manchester city chase down kylian Mbappe? I can't even wrap my head around it really...I was playing against City in the FA Cup and I happened to have Mbappe in my attack, I had a counter from city's corner and Mbappe had a clear run on goal from midfield with at least a foot gap of any city player and somehow, I don't know how, Diaz chased down Mbappe and collected the ball cleanly 🤦🏾‍♂️....that has to be a fallacy, even Kyle walker can't manage that let alone Diaz, 1 of city's slower defenders.I ended up losing that game 1 nill and I wasn't overly pleased. We spend hours trying to come up a good formation to win a game only to be let down by poor gameplay from the producers. There are a fair few other complaints I have but I can't type all that and I just wanna plead with you guys to try and review the gameplay, mostly the speed aspect cus it's almost non existent but in all fm touch is my go to game, best football manager game out there and kudos to you guys for doing so well on this.....but I'm sure we can improve ✌🏽️

This is not my first FM game and this game requires and keen attention span so beware. I would say a good game overall but it’s not. There are quite a few bugs that have been overlooked? Such as; when in the transfer menu and you want to exchange a player, you are taken to your squad screen and there is no way to choose a player to exchange. Also, the balancing involving transfer sums is wild. The player gets overcharged and undercut by the AI, and the AI to AI transfers are wild. Like Real Madrid having their team plus Wirtz, Musiala, And others for transfer sums like 40 mil and such. Meanwhile I have to pay 300 mil plus a player for Szoboszlai, I digress. Furthermore, There’s a few problems with the UI pertaining to the match day squad. When quick picking your squad and then clicking on the player instructions tab and back to the squad page, your team can get returned to the original squad before you clicked quick pick. Also, the set pieces UI is unusable and needs some serious attention. Also, you can’t talk to players in this version? Lastly, for the person who is playing this game and doesn’t understand how to play for the most part, you must read the manual to the game and what everything means as this game can be quite fun trying to bring order to the chaos. This game takes time but the control this game can give you is unlike most other games. So kudos to the devs and thank you for reading and hopefully you’ll consider my words here as you develop the next game and are intending on creating another one of these touch versions.

I imagine the bugs will be ironed out over the next few months. But this initial version is currently unplayable. Building my coach profile it kept defaulting me back to a preset and deleting all the options I selected. Then launching a new game the coach profile I created wasn’t loaded. Starting over I managed to create a coach profile from the main screen and create a game with that coach. I started unemployed and immediately was offered a job. Once accepting the job and advancing the game crashed and closed. The game did not save so loading takes me back to pre-job offer acceptance. Every time I accept a job the game has crashed so currently I can’t even advance beyond the first few minutes of my first save. The UI and overall navigation is also very unintuitive and clunky compared to previous versions. It isn’t clear how to navigate to certain screens. Overall, this just is very disappointing. If I could go back and load FM24 touch I would play that right now.. but that isn’t even an option. It’s misleading to see the overwhelmingly positive review score here since it’s taking into account the previous versions that worked and were fun to play. I really hope SI can figure this new version out and make it playable. Even if the crashing issue I encountered is solved I am not excited to play this new version of the game just based on how painful the simple process of creating a coach and starting a save was. Most likely will delete the game and come back to it a few months from now with hopes the issues are all ironed out and the UI is improved.

If it were possible to rate this update a negative 1, I would. This was supposed to be an upgrade on FM24 and after playing it I wish I could get 24 back. The game doesn’t look finished, it’s slow, the tactics screen is bad, there are a whole lot of stuff that are on there that aren’t working, for real, and it makes me wonder why it was put there in the first place. The in-match screen doesn’t tell you which player is fatigued, you can’t edit opposition players instruction in-game, I’m finding it hard to respond to press questions, the Home Screen has a lot of space that isn’t used and other things could go in there. It was easier to just hit continue of FM24 and then it takes you directly to your messages before it proceeds. This update feels like a step back compared to FM24. Bring back the game we love and enjoyed.
