Quick take: The app that automatically detects exercises and tracks your reps from your Apple Watch now helps guide your workouts too. Set up the kind of coach you’d like – choose how often you want to hear from them and whether you respond better to words of encouragement or more assertive instruction. They will then kick off an assessment and create custom workouts for you, taking into account factors such as whether you had an intense training session the day before or had a terrible night’s sleep.
