• This is a bug, not a setup question or feature request

Bug Description

Manually updating VUCC Grids from Admin > Debug Information produces the error: VUCC Grid file update failed. Result: 'Failed to parse TQSL VUCC grid file XML.'

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Admin > Debug Information
2. Under File download date click the Update button next to VUCC Grids
3. See error banner at top of the page that says

Expected Behavior

Manually updating VUCC Grids should update the VUCC Grids without an error
