Issue Description
The slashed zero in callsigns in Wavelog is a separate character, rather than the 0 character in a slashed-zero font. As a result, it's not possible to use the browser's built-in search on QSOs which are already on-screen.

Version Information

  • OS: Debian 13
  • PHP: 8.3.25
  • MySQL/MariaDB: 11.3.2
  • Wavelog: 2.1.1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to any page with QSOs on it (logbook, logging, etc.)
  2. Open browser search with e.g. Ctrl+F
  3. Search for a callsign containing the number 0

Expected Behavior
Callsigns containing 0 should be found.
