Description

Currently, when I translate the headers in the dashboard to Arabic, the text remains left-aligned, which does not conform to the standard layout for RTL languages. It is worth noting that GNU Emacs itself automatically aligns text of RTL languages to the right, this behavior is not reflected in the Emacs Dashboard.

Additional information

The paths should always be displayed in LTR the way they are now, The "~" should be in the left.
