We have come across your impressive QT Dashboard projects, particularly the ones showcased on your GitHub page, and are highly interested in their potential.

We are exploring the possibility of reusing elements from your dashboards for a demonstration within one of our Siemens tools. Specifically, we are interested in the following repositories:

Regarding adding an Apache License, you could easily do this by creating a LICENSE file in the root directory of each repository and pasting the standard Apache License 2.0 text into it. GitHub also offers a convenient feature: when you go to "Add file" and then "Create new file" in your repository, there's an option to "Choose a license template" which includes Apache 2.0, simplifying the process.
